Kerri Wattier is an amazing Loan Officer, she knew exactly what documentation was needed to provided a smooth Loan Approval and Closing. I cannot say enough about her. She is honest, communicative, knowledgeable and easy to work with, plus kind. To anyone needing a home loan I would highly recommend Kerri!

I would especially recommend him for first-time buyers who need advice and guidance through the process. He also DOES NOT CHARGE ORIGINATION FEES OR POINTS (unless you want to buy-down your rate, which is up to you) -- 1% of your loan is a BIG amount to spend with a lender who does charge them! Jerry will guide you honestly about what makes the most sense for your particular situation and also has a quality lender pool.

Great experience! We contacted Gabe to question him about a transaction we were interested in pursuing. During our first meeting Gabe answered all of our questions and gave us a general description of the process. We decided to move forward with the transaction and Gabe gave us a list of things that would be required. During the process Gabe was always available by phone, text, or email if we had any questions. Our transaction was smooth, quick, and easy.
