"We are VERY Satisfied, 1st Choice offered a very low cost loan.  With 20% down, out loan costs were actually negative, i.e. we got a credit, which we were able to use against outher loan closing costs.  Our loan officer, Kerri, defines what "customer service" and "quality of work" mean.  We had a very short time frame, due ot unusual short sale requirements.  Kerri accomplished what would have seemed impossible.  She took the loan application to final documents in only 8 days.  We selected 1st Choice and Kerri for several financial reasons, but we'd set all of those aside next time, and go back simply for the unmatched quality of service."
