Mortgage rates are increasing, FHA Solar rules, and Zillow/CFPB heading to court?

Mortgage rates last week, eeked out a slight improvement, but stock market this week is off to a hot start, and that improvement has been wiped out.

Mortgage rates for last week in the Boise, and all of Idaho were flat last week.  Lots of volitility in the market, we originally saw some nice improvements last week, but that got shot down.  Still telling everyone to lock them, too risky to float

Mortgage rates would of worsened by .25 last week, with all the economic news pointing out to AWESOME, but with Trump's executive action with regards to immigration, stocks sold off and people ran to bonds, thus making last week pretty much flat.

Mortgage rates up for another week, rates for Conventional financing in the solid 4's now, and Government in the high 3's.

Mortgage rates ticked up last week, after a 3+ year low on July 5th, we have seen rates slowing raise higher on good US economic news and no chaos out of the EU. Conventional rates still in the Mid 3's, while Government rates still in the low 3's.
