Nampa & Boise Mortgage Rates increase last week

Main Keeping the Real Estate industry informed.

Mortgage rates are set to increase:

ADP Private Payroll
US BLS unemployment rate
PCE rates

Mortgage rates rose again, for the 3rd week, and the economy is heating up and inflation news is starting to overcome Trump Tweets. With unemployment getting to a critical level, employers are having to increase wages to attrach employees away from competitors. Higher wages will mean either less profit or a raise in costs, thus inflation. We are REALLY going to watch the US unemployment & ADP Payroll numbers this week. Another hot number this week will be the Personal Consumption Expenditature number or PCE, as this is one of the top data points which the Federal Reserve looks at in guaging the US Inflation.

Truthfully, taking the decision of contacting a credit repair company was not an easy one, I desperately needed a home, I couldn?t get one due to the evictions and Late payments on my credit, with a very low FICO, I was frustrated and had no choice but try one.
