FHA Home Mortgage Limits go up in Idaho!

FHA has announced that mortgage loan limits have increase for Idaho.  Each year FHA will release loan limits around this time.  This year was a little later than normal, but we saw some nice increased in FHA mortgage limits.  

Some of the numbers:  Boise, Nampa & Caldwell, we up to $336,850 for FHA loan amount, while high price cities like Sun Valley and Hailey rose to $646,300.

But was disappointing in the FHA mortgage limit announcement, is FHA did not reduce their upfront mortgage insurance or their monthly mortgage insurance numbers.  This puts FHA higher than most conventional financing when it comes to mortgage insurance.
