They're asking for paycheck stubs, additional sources of income, and verification of assets, making lenders feel the heat 🔥. They're even asking for BuyBacks on loans done months ago! So, get ready for lenders to get stricter on documentation and income calculations.

2️⃣ Let's talk rates 📈. Some articles might be a bit outdated, but over the last 10 days, we've actually seen rates improve 📉. Economic news shows inflation is getting under control, although employment numbers had a hiccup today. But hey, we're cautiously optimistic about rates!
