Your company utilizes a 3rd party, independant Employment Verificaton Service called "The Work Number"

This service provided us, your lender with employment and wage information.  But in order to provide us with this information, you must first create and account and then create a "Salary Key".  Below is the steps to complete this process.  If you have any questions, please contact your Supervisor or Human Resource Manager.

Need Proof of Employment Plus Income?

Step 1:

Access The Work Number to create a “Salary Key” that grants one-time access to your income data:

• The Work Number Access Options for Employees:
  • Option a)  www.theworknumber.com
  • Option b)  1-800-367-2884

Step 2:

Select the "Create a Salary Key" option and prepare to write down the six-digit number

Step 3:

You will need to enter the following information to obtain a Salary Key:

• (Your Employer's Name)  Employer Code:  XXXXXX
  Each employer will have a unique code, you can look it up on the web site or contact your Supervisor or HR person.
• Your Social Security Number:  xxx-xx-xxxx
• Your PIN: XXXXX
  Each employer will establish a PIN for you, you will need to contact you Supervisor or HR person to determine what the PIN is.

Step 4:

Provide the person needing proof of your employment plus income with all of the following information:

• Your Social Security Number:  xxx-xx-xxxx
• (Your Employer's Name)  Employer Code:  XXXXXX
• Your Salary Key (from Step 3):  xxxxxx
• The Work Number Access Options for Verifiers:
  • Option a)  www.theworknumber.com
  • Option b)  1-800-367-5690
