Idaho delinquency rate is National LOW!

Idaho deliquency rate for Foreclosure is in the top 5 lowest

Now Idaho always get in the top 10 for lots of things, but here is a pretty good one, we are in the top 5 for "least" amount of foreclosures/delinquencies. Showing Idaho has a VERY strong economy and good job growth. According to Black Knight Finance Services: Top states for least amount of Delinquencies/Foreclosures:

Idaho 2.69%

And who are the worst offenders:

WOW, over 1 in 10 homes in Mississippi is deliquent or in foreclosures.
