Mortgage rates in Boise simmering.

Rates were fairly flat last week, squeaking out a small improvement as pretty much no news last week was good news. This week will be pretty much the same as a short trading week and not much announcements. But next week, watch out, as China is schedule to come to the US and sign the Phase 1 trade agreement, we also get unemployment numbers on Friday the 10th. It is expected that with the China Trade deal, and good job numbers, the stock market will rally and thus that tends to cause mortgage rates to increase. Have a GREAT New Year!
