Rural development loans have changed as mortgage rate increase

Mortgage rates sank a little last week, as the Federal Reserve surprised everyone by NOT raising rates. We has had Germany go negative on their rates. Both caused the US Bond to be purchased, thus lowering our mortgage rates.

Trending data is being released next weekend, will it affect you?

Rates increased again last week, especially on Friday after a REALLY good Jobs report. I suspect we will see rates continue to climb this month as bond traders prepare and hedge their bets on the Federal Reserve raising rates next month.

Mortgage rates ticked up, again, last week, not by much, but we are starting to see a trend, no major economic news this week, might of see best rates of the year on 7/5/16. Rates still GREAT, at 2+ year lows.
