Jerry is exceptional! He helped us when we bought the house the 1st time and has kept in touch via monthly recipe cards over the last 14 years. So, naturally I went back to him when we wanted to refinance. He was so helpful and prompt! Even with all the activity I'm sure he's having during this housing boom in the valley, he always responded quickly, answered all of my questions (and there were many), and took care of every necessary issue.
