Mortgages rates in Idaho will trend flat to a little higher, that is until Wednesday at 12:00 PM, when the Federal Reserve is expected to announce a rate hike, the watch out for volatility. Anticipation is for a .25 increase, but what all eyes are looking for is the statement that follows.

Rate improved in Idaho last week, quite nicely. This week we are starting to see them trend high, which is probably expected after 2+ weeks of improvements. Friday's economic reports will move rates.
