Mortgage rates in Idaho eased ever so slighly last week, as all eyes are on September Unemployment numbers, Good numbers will equate to a September Rate hike for the Fed.

Rates increased again last week, especially on Friday after a REALLY good Jobs report. I suspect we will see rates continue to climb this month as bond traders prepare and hedge their bets on the Federal Reserve raising rates next month.

Mortgage rates ticked up, again, last week, not by much, but we are starting to see a trend, no major economic news this week, might of see best rates of the year on 7/5/16. Rates still GREAT, at 2+ year lows.
