He also DOES NOT CHARGE ORIGINATION FEES OR POINTS (unless you want to buy-down your rate, which is up to you) -- 1% of your loan is a BIG amount to spend with a lender who does charge them! Jerry will guide you honestly about what makes the most sense for your particular situation and also has a quality lender pool.
